Bridge to AI with RISE Lab is an exciting new program that will empower students to challenge bias in AI.

We’ve partnered with the prestigious RISE Lab (Race, Identity, and Social Environments) at Brown University to give college students the opportunity to work on a research project relating to fairness in data science and artificial intelligence.

  • Paid 4-week summer program

  • Students learn the fundamentals of AI

  • Students work directly with a RISE Lab mentor, and Lab Director Dr. Boykin

This program will be under the leadership of Dr. C. Malik Boykin, assistant professor and Director of RISE Lab.
